AI in your stack — for analysis, decisions, and less grind.

Suvariev adds an AI layer to the systems you already run, and writes the software around it: APIs, integrations, and secure services. The point is faster automation, clearer analysis, and less time spent on work a machine can do.

Stack

Built around the job, not a favourite model

We look at the work first: what you need to see, decide, or stop doing by hand. Then we add the AI and the APIs that make that possible — in your environment, with your constraints.

Services

AI and development, fitted to the work

Integrations, APIs, analysis, automation, and advice — chosen for what you need to see, decide, or stop doing by hand.

  • Development

    APIs & backends

REST, GraphQL, and evented services — typed, documented, authenticated, and built to sit next to the systems you already trust.

  • Development

    Web apps & internal tools

Customer-facing and staff applications so analysis and automation show up where people already work — not in a side portal nobody opens.

  • Development

    Scalable, secure systems

Auth, audit logs, rate limits, encryption, and observability. The unglamorous parts that let an AI feature survive real traffic.

  • Development

    Automation & workflows

Replace manual hand-offs with pipelines: ingest, transform, notify, and keep a person only where judgement is still required.

  • AI

    AI integrations

Wire OpenAI, Anthropic, or the model you already pay for into your product and APIs — for the job at hand, not a generic chatbot.

  • AI

    Analysis & decision support

Turn records, tickets, and reports into briefings you can act on: trends, risks, options, and a recommendation — with a human on the call that matters.

  • AI

    Faster automations

Classify, route, draft, and fill the repetitive steps so queues move overnight and people spend time on exceptions, not copy-paste.

  • AI

    Search & knowledge

Answers over your documents and data, with permissions and citations, so staff stop hunting across drives for the same fact.

  • Consultancy

    AI & product consultancy

Where AI helps analysis, decisions, or automation — and where a simpler API or process is the better answer. A roadmap, not a pitch deck.

  • Consultancy

    Architecture reviews

A hard look at the current stack: integration points, security, scale, and what to build next so the AI layer does not become a sidecar.

  • Consultancy

    Vendor & model choice

Providers and platforms compared against your data, risk, and budget — not a favourite logo.

  • Consultancy

    Team enablement

Workshops and pairing so your engineers can own the integrations, APIs, and operating habits after we leave.

Approach

Fancy where it helps. Strict where it counts.

Your need first

Analysis, a decision, a queue that should run without a person. We size the AI and the software to that job — not to a model we happen to like.

Your systems

We integrate into the CRM, warehouse, and APIs you already run. No parallel product nobody asked for.

People where it counts

Automation takes the grind. A human stays on the call that spends money, changes a record, or needs judgement.

Secure enough to keep

Auth, audit, and scale are part of the build. The AI layer should be something your team can operate after we leave.

Process

Short cycles. Visible progress.

You always know what is being built, why, and what happens if we stop.

  1. 01

    Discover

We map the work: what you analyse, decide, or still do by hand. Data, systems, constraints — and whether software or AI is actually useful.

  2. 02

    Design

A concrete stack: APIs, integrations, where AI sits, and where a person stays. Written down before we build.

  3. 03

    Build

We add it to your environment — secure, observable, and boring on purpose. Automation with a way to stop it if it misfires.

  4. 04

    Operate

Handover, documentation, and optional support so your team can keep the analysis, the APIs, and the automations running.

Optional

We add the stack your work actually needs — not a model in search of a job.

Suvariev helps companies put AI into the systems they already run, and writes the software that has to sit next to it: APIs, integrations, and secure services. The aim is practical — better analysis, clearer decisions, faster automation, less human grind.

We are not a platform. We do not sell seats. Development, AI, and consultancy sit in one place so the architecture, the code, and the operating plan are not three different stories.

If the right answer is a simpler API, a spreadsheet, or “not yet,” we will say so. The goal is better work, not more AI.

FAQ

Before we start

Is this only AI work?+

No. Half the value is development: APIs, integrations, internal tools, and systems that stay secure as they grow. AI is added where it helps analysis, decisions, or automation.

How do you decide what to build?+

From the job. What do you need to see, decide, or stop doing by hand? Then we choose integrations, APIs, and — if it earns its keep — a model. Not the other way around.

Will this replace our team?+

No. The usual result is less copy-paste and faster briefings, with people kept on exceptions and judgement. We design for less grind, not a smaller headcount as the pitch.

Where does data go?+

Wherever you already run, as far as the scope allows. Your keys, your network, access control, and an audit trail. That is part of the design, not a surprise.

How do engagements start?+

A short call, then a written scope. Most work is a fixed slice — a system to ship, a review to deliver — not an open retainer unless you want one.

Can you work with our engineers?+

Yes. Pairing, reviews, and handover are part of the job. The aim is that your team can run the APIs, the integrations, and the automations without us.
